Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK delivery

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 where available. This service provides tracking and has a delivery aim of the next working day after dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed. The delivery charge and available options will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after your parcel enters the carrier network.

Delays and exceptions

Delivery times can be affected by busy periods, adverse weather, strikes, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
